Today’s Herald raises two questions about the special election to replace the late US Sen. Ted Kennedy: Is Attorney General Martha Coakley too deferential toward Boston Mayor Tom Menino? And is US Rep. Mike  Capuano too deferential toward the Kennedy family? (Related to the second question: Did Capuano hold off on starting his campaign because of good manners or because he was waiting to see if a Kennedy would jump into the race?)
