The House Ethics Committee issues a report setting the stage for a Thursday vote to expel Rep. Carlos Henriquez from the body. The committee voted 9-1 that House Speaker Robert DeLeo’s complaint regarding Henriquez had merit and 10-0 to expel Henriquez from the House. The committee report does not identify who the lone no vote was in regard to the complaint. Henriquez is serving six months in jail for assault and battery on his girlfriend.
